The Schroder Nordic Property Fund (“SNPF”), a fund managed by Schroder Property Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, has sold the Grani Shopping Center Property to VVT Property Fund I Ky, a fund managed by VVT Kiinteistösijoitus Oy. The transaction was completed on April 17th 2014.

The lettable area of the property is approximately 5 500 m2. The property’s anchor tenant is Varuboden’s S-market grocery store with a long-term lease agreement.
