Pöyry has agreed to divest significant parts of its real estate design and consulting business, and its construction management business for the real estate and infrastructure sectors in Finland to Ramboll Finland Oy. The total combined annual net sales of the divested business was approximately EUR 44 million in 2013.

The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Finnish competition authorities.
