Advium acted as Rettig Group’s financial advisor as Bore, Rettig’s shipping business, exited its general cargo CoA business.

As part of the arrangement Bore’s compass vessels will be sold to Royal Wagenborg. In addition, Nordkalk, Rettig’s limestone business, has agreed on a frame contract with Wagenborg covering the majority of Nordkalk’s sea freights from 2015 to 2017.
