Advium acted as advisor to Taaleritehdas when Taaleritehdas agreed to sell two residential funds, Taaleritehtaan Asuntorahastot I Ky and III Ky, both managed by Taaleritehtaan Pääomarahastot Oy, to LähiTapiola Group’s non-life insurance and life insurance companies.

The two funds comprise of 10 limited liability housing companies with a total of 509 high-quality apartments. The apartments are mainly located in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa.

The transaction is one of the largest residential transactions in Finland ever.
