Advium acted as the seller’s advisor when Laura Properties B.V. sold a major office complex located in Leppävaara, Espoo. The complex is known as the Säterinportti property and it consists of five modern office buildings. The purchaser was a property fund managed by Swedish Nordika. The property contains some 36,000 sqm of high quality office space and it has been constructed in 1999-2001.
