Advium advised Genestas when Genesta Nordic Baltic Real Estate Fund I (GNBRE), a fund managed by Genesta, sold a major office property located in downtown Helsinki, next to an emerging area of Kalasatama. The buyer is a fund managed by Schroders. The lettable area of the property is approx. 24,000 sqm. The property is in multi-tenant use, the largest tenant being the City of Helsinki.

The sales price is approx. EUR 60 million, making the transaction one of the largest single office transactions during this year. The transaction was already Advium’s 11^th real estate deal this year, and Advium’s total real estate volume exceeds €1.2 billion so far in 2015.
