Advium advisor in the sale of the Tieto HQ property

Advium advised the seller when the Aberdeen -managed property fund DEGI Europa, which is owned by Commerzbank, sold the Tieto HQ office property to Veritas Pension Insurance Company. The property is located at Aku Korhosentie 2-6 in Lassila, Helsinki.

The property was built in 2004-05, and the total lettable area is approx. 22,600 sqm. The property is located along Ring Road I, close to good public transportation connections.
