Advium advised Rettig ICC in a sale and leaseback transaction where WDP, a Belgian REIT, agreed to acquire Rettig ICC’s industrial site in Zonhoven, Belgium, for circa € 17 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of September 2017.
