Advium advised Otava when Otava agreed to sell two office properties in Pasila, Helsinki with a total area of 17,500 sqm to YIT Corporation. Otava will simultaneously lease 6,000 sqm from YIT’s Tripla middle block, which will be completed in stages during 2019-2021.

The transaction is expected to be finalized in 2018 and 2020.
