Advium advised the seller when Kojamo agreed to sell a portfolio of 1,594 non-restricted rental apartments to a company managed by Morgan Stanley. The deal is estimated to be closed in April 2018.
The portfolio consists of 40 assets located in 15 different cities across Finland. The purchase price of the portfolio is €97 million.
