eQ Fund Management Company Ltd postpones the redemption payment date of eQ Community Properties Fund and eQ Commercial Properties Fund in accordance with § 8 of the fund rules. The postponement concerns redemption orders for the redemption date of June 2024. The redemptions will be executed later at a time to be announced separately, based on the fund unit value calculated at that time. The fund unitholders are not required to take any action.

The return of eQ Community Properties Fund in Q2 2024 was 0,5 % and the return of eQ Commercial Properties Fund was -1,3 %. It appears that the prices in the real estate market are starting to turn, and market activity is expected to pick up towards the end of the year. However, the real estate market is still very inactive. The postponement of redemptions is primarily due to the low number of property transactions that have been made. The properties of both funds are located in growth centres and their situation has remained good.

Fund unitholders who want to request the cancellation of their redemption, may submit a redemption cancellation request to eQ Fund Management Company. The request to cancel the redemption can be submitted until the redemption has been executed, and can be submitted either by contacting the customer account manager or by e-mail asiakaspalvelu(at)eq.fi
