SFR 2024

eQ Asset Management's usage increased in the 2024 SFR survey, with 68% of Finland's approximately 100 largest institutional investors now utilizing eQ's services. In alternative investments – in eQ's case, real estate and private equity investments – eQ was by far the most relied-upon asset manager.

However, eQ's quality rating declined in 2024, which the survey attributes primarily to weaker investment returns in the real estate segment. Nevertheless, the differences in overall quality ratings among the largest players remain small.

Our goal is to reclaim the top position in quality. eQ is focused on delivering strong investment returns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring long-term operational development.
