eQ's real estate funds have achieved a strong market position and are one of Finland's largest real estate owners. eQ's real estate funds currently have real estate assets of 3 billion euros.

Jennifer Eloheimo is appointed team leader and head of real estate investments. The head of the team, Tero Estovirta, focuses on the role of CEO of eQ Asset Management Ltd. Marjaana Berger will take over the eQ Community Properties Fund and Emma Kaksonen the eQ Commercial Properties Fund. Emma Kaksonen will return from parental leave before the summer. Until Emma's return, Marjaana Berger will act as the responsible investment director of both funds. Aku Väliaho has started as CFO for the real estate investment business.
