The payment of redemptions for the eQ Community Properties Fund, scheduled for the December 2024 redemption date, had to be postponed by eQ Fund Management Company Ltd in accordance with Section 8 of the fund’s rules, as notified on 6 January 2025.

At this stage, 75% of the redemptions can be executed based on the unit value calculated as of 31 March 2025, and these redemptions will be paid to unitholders by 30 April 2025. No action is required from unitholders at this time. We will provide an update as soon as the remaining part (25%) of redemption orders can be executed and paid. The redemption of the remaining 25% will be executed at a later date to be announced separately, based on the unit value calculated at that time.

If a unitholder wishes to cancel the remaining 25% of your redemption, they may submit a free-form cancellation request by email to eQ Asset Management Customer Service at asiakaspalvelu(at)eq.fi or directly to their client representative. Unitholders are kindly asked to ensure the message includes contact details, including full name and telephone number. Please note that all cancellation requests are subject to approval by eQ Fund Management Company. Confirmation of any approved cancellation will be sent to the unitholder by email.
