Option Program 2022
Based on an authorisation by the Annual General Meeting held on 24 March 2021, the Board of Directors of eQ Plc has decided on an option program for key employees of the eQ group. The option program 2022 consists of 990 000 option rights.
The share subscription period with option rights 2022 begins on 1 April 2025 and ends on 30 April 2027. Each option right 2022 entitles to subscribe for one new share in the company. The subscription price is currently EUR 21.45 per share. The subscription price is further reduced in situations mentioned in the terms, for example with dividends distributed before the subscription of the shares and the amount of the repayment of the distributable non-restricted equity.

Based on an authorisation by the Annual General Meeting held on 21 March 2024, the Board of Directors of eQ Plc has decided on an option program for key employees of the eQ group. The option program 2025 consists of 1 360 000 option rights.
eQ Plc - Terms of the Option Program 2025
The share subscription period with option rights 2025 begins on 1 March 2028 and ends on 31 May 2030. Each option right 2025 entitles to subscribe for one new share in the company. The subscription price is currently EUR 12.30 per share. The subscription price is further reduced in situations mentioned in the terms, for example with dividends distributed before the subscription of the shares and the amount of the repayment of the distributable non-restricted equity.
